The website holder is the company Vertical Social Networks, S.L. (from now on, "Moterus"), has its registered address in street Sindicat, number 3, postcode 25310 in Agramunt (Lleida). Moterus is a company subscribed in the trade registry in Lleida, in book 1143, general section, document 1, page L-22639 and inscription B25658790.
2. Términos
The use of this website gives the condition of user of this website (from now on "user") and implies the total acceptance without reserve whatsoever of any of the regulations included in these terms of service, that is, in the version which has been published by Moterus in the moment a user enters this website.
The website Moterus can be entered freely by the users, except for those areas only reserved to registered users and partners of Moterus.
The user agrees to use this website, its contents and services according to the law (the mentioned terms of service) and with the particular conditions of certain services and other notifications, use regulations and instructions known by the user. According to this, the user must refrain from using any of the services with the purpose or effect of being illicit, prohibited, harmful for the rights and interests of other persons.
3. Exemption of responsability of contents
Moterus cannot guarantee an error-free access to the website, its contents nor its regularly update, although efforts are being made in order to avoid and correct them as fast as suitable.
Moterus is not responsible in any case for its content, information and pictures which do not depend from the website, nor administered by Moterus nor the damages which could be derived from the knowledge of user’s data and the use made by the website through these data by unauthorized persons
Moterus is not responsible for the information, opinions and ideas which are shown, published or distributed through this website, any other website which is interconnected via link or any other service linked or related to this interconnected website.
Moterus is not responsible of the content which may appear on the banners, buttons and other included items of advertisement.
4. Exemption of responsability for the use or performance of the website
The responsability for the use of information in the web belongs to the user. Moterus is free of responsability for damages of any type that could derive from the access, raising or use of information in the web by other persons, just as the opinions given by the users.
The user is the only responsible for the passwords and access to the services and contents of this website, which consist of username/client and his/her password. Moterus is not responsible for the inappropriate use of passwords and users’ access nor any consequences derived from its misuse, loss or inappropriate use by others.
Moterus provides its services and contents permanently with all possible technical media to carry out these services successfully. Moterus is not responsible for the damages of any type that could derive from the technical availability and continuity of the website. In any case, Moterus will carry out any necessary actions to restore its services when technical problems.

Contents and graphic elements which belong to this website and spread through it are ownership of Moterus and their authors. Also taking protected works into consideration, all of them are in agreement with the Royal Agree of Legislation 1/1996, from the 12th April, in which the adapted text of the Law of Intelectual Property is approved, being the international treats also applied to this topic.
The copy of the contents in the website Moterus is authorized whenever the source is mentioned, except for the case in which the opposite is expressed. In the cases in which a previous authorization to copy or use of text data or multimedia (sounds, pictures, programms, ...) is needed, this will leave the general authorization mentioned before without effect and the possible use restrictions will be clearly mentioned.
The extraction of elements from the website is in NO case allowed. If so, it will damage Moterus according to the current regulation.

6. Inactivity of the account
After a long period of time where the user has not made use of his/her account, Moterus reserves the right to disable or delete the account. If an account has been disabled for inactivity reasons, the username associated with this account can be used by another user without any previous notification.
7. Privacity
The privacy policy available in en al apartado de correspondiente and according to the law 34/2002, from the 11th July, of the services of the information and electronical commerce society, are incorporated into the current Terms of Service.
8. Duration
Moterus has the right to modify the terms and conditions here stipulated (unilateral, total or partial modification). The temporal validity of the current terms coincides with the time of publication of this website, until it will be totally or partially modified by Moterus.
Moterus can finished, cancel or suspend unilaterally the service performance of this website, with no possibility of asking for any compensation for the user.
9. Legislation and jurisdiction
The user and Moterus submit, with a renounce to his/her own privilege and address, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in Lleida, being the spanish legislation applicable at any time.
