Data supplied voluntarily by the user
Personal data which have been requested to the user will only consist of data which imply a general identification and which is strictly necessary for these services. This information will solely be used to give an effective answer or a good assistance of this service and not for other purposes.
These data will be only used in order to add information to the files of Moterus and provide the users with the technical and suitable resources in order to access the actual disclaimer or any other relevant information, always with the consent of the user to allow Moterus the processing of data when necessary.
User's rights
According to the Organic Law 15/1999 on the 13d December on the Protection of Personal Data, a person has the right in any moment to get a confirmation of the existence of his/her processing of data, its content, its origin, check its state, just as exercising any right recognised in the articles from 14 to 17. These rights can be exercised by means of a writing notification addressed to the headquarters of Moterus, specified in the terms of service.
